Windy Wilderness in Sutherland

Just spent the last couple of days up in Sutherland just south of Cape Wrath.

I had hoped to get some hillwalking in and some remote photography done. However, the forecast was for very high winds (50-80mph!) so I kept myself close to sea level.

This allowed me to enjoy some of the amazing beaches along this remote stretch of coastline and appreciate the raw beauty and power of the sea.
